      I was refinancing my home and my lender hired Valuation Services to do my appraisal. 2/3 of the comparisons Steve used for my home were nowhere close to my neighborhood (one was over 80 miles away), despite the fact there is another duplex like mine half a mile down on the same road as me that was recently appraised. When I called to inquire about this, I left a message with the receptionist and never got a response. I was disappointed with the laziness and lack of professionalism that I was shown. I gave two stars because they showed up (albeit late) to the appointment.

Because of this, we cannot discuss the specifics of the report with you, but another property being appraised is irrelevant to the appraisal process, which considers transactions. I can assure you the report met the guidelines of our customer. I apologize that you were unsatisfied, but if you'd like to call the office, I can explain how the appraisal process works, without divulging the details of the work we did for our client.
