      I had a wonderful experience with Vantage Point Finance, when no other financial institution was able to help, they did! The team was very helpful when I decided to refinance my property. They were very quick to answer questions at anytime and helped even outside of normal business hours. They disclosed all the fees and there were no surprises at closing. They made the whole process very easy and I have recommended to my family and fiends for refinancing and I will use them in the future.

      This compliant is specifically towards Gladis ramos. As she came to evaluate our home not knowing the circumstances that were going on, got into a very unprofessional and rude manner. She yelled and was very hostile towards my family that was there. Her husband had to remind her that they were working and she couldnt be doing that. He did that about 4 times. I am very very upset and disgusted at her behaviour ! She got her personal emotions envolved and made me feel very uncomfortable. If anyone is looking for someone who speaks with the truth about your property and rights DO NOT GO TO HER ! hostile and childish behavior in what is supposed to be a professional environment.
