Went in to close my accts due to bad customer service my debit card hadn't worked in over 2 months I spent roughly 4 hours on and off over 2m period time still not resolved called told theme I wanted close my.accts and why...no sympathy or apology said sure we can get you in. How ever I went in had appt with Bre Duran she was very helpful and informative pleasure doing buisness with. Ended up opening another.account after sitting woth her to purchase a sxs. Shes very nice responded to my.vm's quick got me.sqaured away!!! If branch sucks or vw its self they got 1 good employee i know.of BRE!

Signed up for an account, 300 bonus being my main draw to choose this credit union specifically. Due to a technical error I wasn't even informed of, they closed my first account I opened. When I opened another one and asked about my bonus, I was told I no longer qualified. Considering the circumstances I felt like that's something they should have fixed, and I'm already thinking I will pick a different bank just because of the principle of this particular incident. Not a good first experience.
