This has to be the worst branch of all vantage west mde me wait a hour for a debt card while employees would just walk by or sit in there office talking to eachother better off going to the craycroft branch might be 15 minutes away but you will save more time and they are more professional and quicker

If you want to be treated like utter street trash this place is perfect. If you want to be treated with respect stay far away from here. Just recently moved to the area and trying to get established here, that’s a lot of work for someone running a business who’s moved to a new place. Anyhow, we went in trying to open an account but we’re given the evil eye and treated like we’re common garbage. We were super respectful but could not receive the same in return. Oh well, plenty of other banks that would be more than happy to do business with us. Shame I can not say the same for this one
