This has been the easiest, most pleasant home loan we’ve ever gotten. Ryan Robson and his team (Janet especially) we’re the kindest, and truly the most professional, conscientious people we’ve ever dealt with. Janet, his loan officer, was the most diligent, hard-working person and truly pleasant to work with. She went above and beyond having to deal with our out-of-state escrow office who were beyond problematic. Ryan talked frequently with our out-of-state realtor to make this as easy as possible. She was so impressed with Ryan and his company that she now has his number on speed dial for future clients. Due to Ryan, Janet and Vast Residential Lending, Inc we were able to fund our loan and close our house two weeks earlier than expected. This was not a process my husband was looking forward to and to this day, he still can’t believe how smooth and seamless this turned out to be.
