  If I could give Wes Hankins 100 stars I would! He definitely earned five stars! Wes Hankins is the best at what he does. He is honest, knowledgeable, and really cares about his clients. I feel Wes Hankins truly has his clients best interest at heart. He will explain loan programs to you and allow you to make an informed decision. Wes Hankins really impressed me with his knowledge not only of loan programs but also more complicated things such as interpreting tax returns. There has not been a question that I have asked him that he has not been able to answer. Wes Hankins took a lot of stress off of me during the loan process. He was proactive with the lender in resolving any potential problems and always seem to have a solution so that everything turned out OK.You will be in the best hands with Wes Hankins! Call him today!

  We worked with Rick Hancock on refinancing the PMI off of our current mortgage. What we like about Rick is that he does what he says, what he says is true, and he is very conscientious of our time. (We’re still working with him as is our entire family) We received an easy to use link, he guided us through it and got us going so it all made sense fast. we scanned all of our documents later that evening; and, had a valid locked rate within hours of speaking with Rick. Most other mortgage companies slammed a fake pre qualifier letter into our hands based entirely on what “we said” only later to have it not pan out when it went through underwriting! With Ricky 😎 and Vault, they are/were much, much more thorough on the front end of the process than any mortgage company I’ve seen, ever. How would I know? Hardy Realtors only refers to Rick! I’ve referred 1,000’s of families to mortgage brokers as a Real Estate Broker (License #: 01948671) We love to say around our house: “Go See Ricky! He treat you reeeeeel good” 🤣😂😅
