My whole family has used Vectra since they opened. Always had a good experience. Now that I've used several other banks and credit unions, I can say Vectra is just great. Convenient locations and friendly staff all the time.

They called and harrassed us until they got an amount that they were not owed. They wouldn’t let anyone use their restroom so we had changed banks.

3 years ago Vectra sent me a past due notice on a loan. I have not had a loan with V for year and years and the loans I did have, the payment was auto deducted from my checking account. I spoke to the bank people in Pueblo (all employees are very nice and helpful). I showed them the paperwork and they said they would take care of the situation. Now, 3 years later, the same exact problem comes up again with the same loan number. This time V sends me notice that could damage my credit score. I sent them the $52.00 JUST TO GET THEM OFF MY BACK !!!! NEVER again will I borrow from Vectra. I will keep my checking and savings at V but ONLY because the bank is close to my house. Other than that, I would close out my accounts and more elsewhere.
