  Everytime I go here there is a new policy that makes life harder and them less willing to serve the customer, I took out an emergency payday loan called in 4 days later and they would not take my payment over the phone. They told me that they would only accept my payoff in cash, I asked them to suspend the interest for a day as I could not come in same day and would come in the next, the employee began to interrogate me about why I couldn't come in

  older blonde lady was very rude! along with the terrible service they provide… this place claims to help people they want 5 percent unofficial your money for there 5 min transactions… 30$ to cash a 500$ check no thank you
