      I was recommended to your credit Union by two local friends for a car loan. I contacted the bank and was assisted by Kevin B. He provided great customer service while being very attentive to my questions and needs. Kudos to Kevin for doing such an outstanding job! They approved my loan at an incredible rate.       Super upset with velocity as a lender. I was recommended to them for an auto loan, things were smooth at first, i was approved right away but then when it was time to finalize the loan ive been ghosted by Melissa. This is important stuff, thousands and thousands of dollars and a hopes of developing a long term relationship with them for much future business, accounts, savings, investments etc but now i am very weary to say the least. My hope was to have a good experience and recommend them as a reputable lender but i cant, in good faith do that at this point
