      Absolutely disgusted with them my van was total June 25th so I contacted them told them what was going on gave them the information for insurance July they called told me a owed payment so we filed for delay a payment then they got there insurance check aug 10th but still had 300 dollars left on it so gap insurance should cover it they told me that's not always the case but Sept 23 I received a check from them for 11.00 for over payment on the gap but the real kick was it took 54 point off my credit score that I work so hard for and they received all there money thanks
