      Doesn't send out phone calls, letters, or emails to let you know your behind on payment ( I thought I was all cought up on my auto loan payments) but will send you out a letter saying your car is up for repossession (which the letter dates 12-2-19 and I didn't receive it tell 12-10-19 and they give you only 10 days sense the letter was sent not then you receive it) and when you call they say there's nothing they can do for you when I told them I could get it all cought up by the end of the month but they are not willing to work with you at all what so ever even though I guess I'm a month and a half behind on my loan.
