      2018: Not the friendliest manager (experienced some microagression), but the staff are efficient. 2022 UPDATE: As the staff has changed, I have noted an improvement in overall friendliness and helpfulness. The new manager is kind and does not overtly engage in microaggressions.

      I have been a member for a long, long time. You are just a number there. Nothing matters to them except your credit score. But all financial institutions do the same so... they all stink. As far as this branch, I've had the good and bad experiences.
