Need to fix the attitudes on Mia and Emily the manager of her. I called to get explanations on dome questions and I was quickly being the one put to blame for the errors on hand and receiving many sighs and rude interruptions. I'm had enough of the bad costumer service I've received over the last 2 years and will no longer be going business with you after my loan is complete. All other accounts will be closed and happily taken to someone who appreciate me and who is respectful. I would like to give a shout out to Kody Plymesser who was my loan officer at the Lafayette branch whom had respected my time and business.
