      I didn’t have a great start to my experience. Was basically told that I would have to wait almost 10 business days to get a refund on a double payment. (3-5 days for processing out of my account and then another 3-5 to process into theirs.) Branch Manager Cathy took it upon herself to investigate possible solutions AFTER I had given up and tried to wait. She called me the next day, got my check for me, and sent me out the door with a smile. Wish this had happened on the first day, but this was apparently a training issue. No fault on Cathy and she has assured me she will continue to move forward with the knowledge of this hiccup to help others. Thanks Cathy. You deserve 5 stars just for yourself. Thanks for going above and beyond.

      Everyone at this branch is super helpful and kind! They provide quick and efficient service! Hannah is awesome! Opening an account with her was great! She is caring and professional! Tanner is super amazing! He’s great at helping you out with whatever you need! He goes above and beyond for you! He’s super amazing! As a member, you also get free copies printed! Yay! Or if you need anything printed of they will help you! You also get free amazing coffee! It’s always hot! And awesome quick service! I opened a savings and a checking account here. Everyone is also very knowledgeable about everything! Hats off to you Papillion Veridian Branch! Keep up the good work!
