  I hate to do this but Scott with Elite Striping LLC doesn't care about his friends/employees he has ignored his employees about paying us back he owes me a little over 10k I've helped him out numerous times financially and even let him get his material through my company name so that his company don't go under. I've even loaned him money so he can pay his other employee $1,800 and recently helped his employee again with 600.00 that he owes him so that he can pay his rent with broken promises that he'll pay me back but has since been MIA since last week I have called him over 50 times and sent text messages with no response for days, I thought Scott was a friend of mine after all these years of knowing him and keeping his spirit up through the last few years and this is how he repays me back. I can no longer trust Scott with my friendship because I do feel like I was taken advantage of. Us as his employees are very upset with him and feel like we were taken advantage of.

  Pros: People are nice. Cons: Management doesnt care about anything other then results. All of upper management is located in California. Watched like a hawk. 0 chance for growth. TRAINING PROGRAM NON EXSISTANT. Third Riech of time management( getting yelled at for too much bathroom time). No phone policy is not followed by management. Social distancing is not being followed/enforced( not 6ft between work spaces)
