      PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: GO ANYWHERE ELSE OR KEEP YOUR MONEY AT HOME! By far the WORST credit union. I have had nothing but bad experiences and borderline fraudulent practices from this company. They have horrible customer service. They are so comfortable with this behavior that they seem to be encouraged by management to have horrible attitudes. They just ignore you when you point out that something they do is different that what they original promise you to get you in the door. They do not care about their customers and will go out of their way to find ways to take advantage of you but will not go out of their way for any positive reason. If I could go back in time i would never have picked vibrant for my loan or personal banking. They were great in the beginning then did some restructuring and seemed to have fired everyone good that worked there. Now nothing left but miserable rude people that dont care.
