  We would like to thank Victorian Finance specially Sarah Brooke for helping Paul and I with the process of purchasing our first home. Sarah Brooke helped us every step of the way and answered every question with clarity which made it a pleasant process. We were skeptical about other companies at first because we felt they weren’t in our best interest but with Victorian Finance and Sarah Brooke being very knowledgeable and down to earth, we had seen that they were all about our best interest which made us stick with them for this very important step of our life. I would highly recommend them to anyone out there looking to purchase their home.

  Wasted our time for almost three months then after everything say we'll all you need to do is pay off all your student debt and any other debt and it'll go through!!! Couldn't figure that out the first day what an absolute joke of a company.
