      Update: They have gotten a lot better, I can now access my bill online and make payments. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they changed my payments to the minimum, I have to go in monthly and add to pay extra for the principal. The worst company ever. I don't know how many times I have requested for them to send me a monthly bill or be able to access it online. Every time I call it's the same thing "is your address such and such, I'm not sure why you're not receiving them, maybe you can ask your mail carrier" can't wait to payoff this stupid solar loans i don't have to deal with them.

      Had our solar panel loan through them, attempted to make a principal payment and was told I wasn't allowed to do that, which in itself is insane. We refinanced so we didn't have to deal with them anymore, we're now refinancing our home only to find out they have a lien on our mortgage. All for a loan that never had a late payment and that we owe nothing to anymore. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!
