      This bank is right off the freeway and very easy to get to.

      The absolute best thing you could do is avoid this bank. You would most likely be better off at any other larger bank. After increasing account minimums without very sufficient disclosure they've charged me exorbitant fees on my BUSSINES account . ALL WHILE IN THE MIDST OF A PANDEMIC. After confronting these arbitrary charges they stated that they wouldn't be able to reverse all of them. After this I decide to close out my account and remove all of my money. This is where I thought the horror story ended, and even then I still had no intention of writing this review. However I get an email today referencing account statements. I log into my account to see it hasn't been closed and they've been charging those fees that they absolutely love. Please do your self a favor and avoid the Bank of Nickle and Dime. Go join a larger bank BofA, Chase, or a credit union all of which are a better operation and not in the business of losing customers due to unfair/unjust fees.
