      Lobby hours were to be open til 5 pm I got the at 445 and they were locked and I am currently sitting in the drive thru line bc they wouldn't allow anyone in to make a 5 second transaction very displeased when the sign on the door gave specific lobby hours

      Short blonde hair girl at the window. She obviously doesn’t like to make a mistake which is fine ..but her tone of voice is seriously unprofessional as we was telling her the amount we actually needed versus the amount we got she got mad.and was talking to us in a way she was trying to make us feel dumb.(raising her voice ,rolling her eyes when we asked a question ) Maybe she was having a bad day .. but her customer service shouldn’t be that way ..
