      THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. This place made selling my house the biggest pain eveeeeer. The only thing anyone here is successful in is Incompetence and ineptitude. Bobby Fothergill couldn't be bothered EVEN ONCE to return my phone calls. "Settlement processor" Karter Thompson was out of line with me from the beginning and showed her lack of experience costing me WEEKS and thousands of dollars. I HATE this place. I can't imagine a worse place to take your business. You've been warned.

It took some time to find the transaction you are referencing since you chose to post this review under an alias instead of using your real name. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional client experience, as well as our timely responsiveness. Our knowledgeable and professional teammates diligently work to efficiently research clouds on title of the property such as judgments, which as you experienced, must be paid before a sale and subsequently reduce the seller proceeds. Our goal is to consistently work toward the desired closing date, barring any circumstances beyond our control. While the contract was written on June 4, 2021, we did not receive the request from the purchaser's lender until July 13, 2021, with a target closing of July 20, 2021. Given the judgments and title issues with the mobile home, we closed as quickly as possible. We regret that you feel your needs were not met, and would enjoy the opportunity to speak with you. You can be assured a phone call to Bobby Fothergill, our Agency Manager, or Patti Dickerson, Director of Operations & Marketing will be taken, or promptly returned as a standard practice.

      Had my closing in Rocky Mount. Had to deal with a woman who was the rudest person . What a shame to ruin a day which should have been a happy day. Get some customer service classes for that office. And I paid for that meeting....so remember where you get your money... I didn't pay to get abused. DennisHeadington Rocky Mount
