      75% of my household is in POD storage right now because of Electra pre-qualifying the buyer of my house, incorrectly. Angelo prequalified my buyer for $260,000. My house contract price was only $231,000. It went to underwriting and guess what happened? It was denied five days AFTER the close date the buyers chose. To make matters worse, Angelo disappeared in the wind when the loan became shaky. My agent and attorney had to bypass him and go straight to the lender to get any kind of answers. Purely unprofessional and clearly he doesn't know how to pre-qualify accurately. He can say whatever he wants, but unless he's going to help cover these monthly POD fees and help save the house we were going to buy from relisting, he's not done enough to rectify his poor determination. I had multiple offers and went with the one he prequalified. Everyone, don't make the same wrong decision as I did.
