  I had overpaid my online rent, made a mistake paying twice the normal amount, I talked to my apartment complex manger to try and get my money back 3 days later and unfortunately they couldn’t help. they don’t do refunds...so I left disappointed hopeless. But when I went to Vision Bank and spoke to this great lady Tara, she made me feel like there is always hope to never give up, I believed in Tara to help get my money back. She cared for me as a human being like is was her loss, she went above and beyond for me. and I’m so very thankful. Tara understood that we’re perfectly imperfect and thats just fine. :) I can say with Confidence that Vision Bank has got your back choose them!!

  If I could give this bank 0 stars, I would. We have been with Vision Bank for almost 2 years and until 6 months ago, hardly ever had any issues. In the last 4 months they have failed my ACH every single month. We also spent over 2 weeks trying to obtain a new savings account and every time we called we were told that they would send it that day. We finally went elsewhere for that. When we originally came to the bank with this concern, we were informed they fired the woman in charge of these tasks and proceeded to gossip to us about her. That was month one, and now we are on month 4. I called Alex yesterday (branch manager at downtown location) and he "set me up" to have my ACH fixed AGAIN. Today, when I called him back because it had yet again not pulled on time, he was very short with me and continued to repeat "is there anything else I can do for you today?" I asked why this was continually an issue or if we could do better training for the staff and was given no answer but the continual "is there anything else I can do for you today?" No explanation, apology, or assurance that we would finally see some correction to all of these issues. I will be closing out my account with Vision and I highly urge anyone thinking of switching to them, to avoid them at all cost.

  Did an outstanding job getting me a construction loan for a non-conventional construction home. They also did a great job getting me a great rate when that construction loan rolled into a conventional mortgage. Paperwork was succinct and as minimal as possible. I am very happy with my experience here.
