      My 2nd time rolling in just before close for service. Once again, very friendly nice staff. Richard printed me another card, wrote down the direct phone numbers for the Ithaca and Spencer branch, said to call if I needed them to wait before locking the doors if I was going to be a minute or two late) and did not make me feel like an imposition (for them having to stay a little late a 2nd time now). I really needed my replacement card to make a payment that night). I have had stellar service with this branch and the girl that opened my account -Abby-made a point to chat with me and see how I was doing. Not sure what would cause a polar opposite experience in comparison to the service and treatment I have been witness to. Very happy I started and account here!
