      We’ve been very happy with this location. Every teller is extremely friendly and professional. Mary is just a sweet heart! They just did a remodel of the inside and it looks clean and updated. Other than not having a live body at the drive thru (they replaced that with an ATM), you won’t be disappointed banking here.

      This is my local branch but I'm not thrilled with the recent customer service I received here over the phone. Thank goodness for Samuel, the call rep via Visions customer service line. My branch in Mahwah was telling me the website issues I was experiencing were due to me be intelligible for a particular promotion which I clearly stated twice was not true. I contacted customer service and spoke to Samuel today and he clearly stated that not only was I eligible, he had received multiple calls about the same website issues I had tried to explain to my branch and Visions had tech working on the issue. Moving forward, I'll most likely switch to using the Saddle Brook branch as I've experienced top notch customer service there previously.
