      Dear Manager, I was at the Mahwah Branch of Wells Fargo this morning to cash a check. a teller asked if I would be interested to set up a mobile banking using my phone and I told her that i would be happy to do so if it does not take longer than ten minutes! Alas, it took an "expert banker" more than an hour and accomplished practically nothing. Her service was based on ":trial-and-error" and not demonstrated expertise! Besides, "the customer is right" business principle must have been dashed completely from her mind if at all it was there in the first place! I was belittled and rediculed at many points in the conversation. Please put a banker that knows what they are doing at the place. Remember, I have been with your institution for nearly a quarter of a century. Thank you for your time. Tilahun Sineshaw

      wanted to make a simple call to the local branch for a local branch question and twice was never able to speak to a person after waiting 11 minutes the first time and 7 the second time. Their phone system is awful. I then called a bank down the road and immediately was on the phone with a local person.
