  First​ ​of​ ​all​ ​let​ ​me​ ​say​ ​I​ ​have​ ​never​ ​written​ ​a​ ​review​ ​before,​ ​but​ ​my​ ​experience​ ​was​ ​so​ ​beyond horrible​ ​I​ ​feel​ ​like​ ​I​ ​need​ ​warn​ ​people.​ ​​ ​Nikki​ ​started​ ​out​ ​great..​ ​Then​ ​after​ ​she​ ​collected​ ​all​ ​the documents​ ​and​ ​required​ ​signatures,​ ​she​ ​told​ ​us​ ​that​ ​she​ ​was​ ​sending​ ​our​ ​packet​ ​to​ ​underwriting. At​ ​this​ ​point​ ​we​ ​are​ ​about​ ​2​ ​weeks​ ​into​ ​escrow​ ​right?​ ​Well​ ​fast​ ​forward​ ​about​ ​a​ ​week,​ ​week​ ​and​ ​a half​ ​later​ ​when​ ​it's​ ​time​ ​for​ ​loan​ ​contingencies​ ​to​ ​fall​ ​off..​ ​She​ ​hasn't​ ​even​ ​sent​ ​out​ ​packet​ ​to underwriting​ ​yet!​ ​Almost​ ​2​ ​weeks​ ​later!​ ​We​ ​had​ ​the​ ​sellers​ ​issue​ ​us​ ​a​ ​48​ ​hours​ ​to​ ​perform​ ​and even​ ​then​ ​she​ ​STILL​ ​didn't​ ​have​ ​our​ ​info​ ​processed​ ​yet.​ ​FINALLY​ ​she​ ​gives​ ​us​ ​the​ ​go​ ​ahead​ ​to take​ ​the​ ​loan​ ​contingencies​ ​off​ ​and​ ​continue​ ​buying​ ​the​ ​home.​ ​So​ ​we​ ​think​ ​things​ ​are​ ​fine,​ ​smooth sailing​ ​now​ ​right??​ ​NOPE!​ ​A​ ​week​ ​later​ ​(3​ ​days​ ​after​ ​escrow​ ​was​ ​supposed​ ​to​ ​close),​ ​Nikki comes​ ​back​ ​saying​ ​that​ ​for​ ​x,​ ​y​ ​and​ ​z​ ​reasons​ ​THAT​ ​SHE​ ​JUST​ ​BROUGHT​ ​UP​ ​TO​ ​US​ ​3​ ​DAYS AFTER​ ​ESCROW​ ​WAS​ ​SUPPOSED​ ​TO​ ​CLOSE​ ​(instead​ ​of​ ​in​ ​the​ ​beginning,​ ​or​ ​when​ ​we​ ​were fighting​ ​to​ ​get​ ​the​ ​loan​ ​contingencies​ ​off​ ​in​ ​time)​ ​they​ ​were​ ​not​ ​going​ ​to​ ​fund​ ​us.​ ​NOT​ ​ONLY​ ​DID WE​ ​LOSE​ ​THE​ ​HOUSE,​ ​WE​ ​ALSO​ ​LOST​ ​OUR​ ​DEPOSIT​ ​DUE​ ​TO​ ​GETTING​ ​THE​ ​GO AHEAD​ ​FROM​ ​NIKKI​ ​TO​ ​TAKE​ ​THE​ ​LOAN​ ​CONTINGENCIES​ ​OFF!​ ​Oh​ ​yeah,​ ​and​ ​because​ ​I was​ ​constantly​ ​asking​ ​for​ ​status​ ​updates after the whole loan contingency nightmare​, ​Nikki​ ​BLOCKED​ ​me.​ ​How​ ​the​ ​hell​ ​do​ ​you​ ​do​ ​business with​ ​someone​ ​who​ ​you​ ​block​ ​so​ ​they​ ​can't​ ​get​ ​ahold​ ​of​ ​you?!?!​ ​I​ ​will​ ​NEVER​ ​recommend​ ​this company​ ​to​ ​anyone​ ​and​ ​if​ ​anyone​ ​I​ ​know​ ​even​ ​thinks​ ​about​ ​using​ ​this​ ​company,​ ​I​ ​will​ ​tell​ ​them​ ​to find​ ​someone​ ​else!

  I just wanted to say Ashley and The Vitek team were great. Always there to answer my questions and keep me informed. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for to purchase a home.
