      Rick Chatham is the worst person you could have hired. At the last company he worked for he chased out 3 entire complexes of great tenants by tripling the tenants rent during covid. He will blatantly lie to your face and not even think twice about it. Hands down one of the worst people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He seems to come to a company, ruin a bunch of peoples lives then moves onto the next company to do it again...
