  I recently stopped by here to test drive a 2012 Volvo C70 T5 hardtop convertible and was a little bit nervous given that I’m a 20 year old female who went with her little sister, but I was greeted by Jake Laribee and he was so kind! I fell in love with the car after the test drive and Jake went above and beyond to help make the purchase of my first vehicle possible! Throughout the course of my purchase Jake addressed all of my concerns, he had the service team double-check any possible maintenance issues that my mechanic noticed, helped us get 4 brand new tires, and even came in on his day off to help finalize paperwork on the day of my purchase. He truly did everything I could’ve asked for and I’m confident, not only in my vehicle, but in Jakes willingness to work with people in any way they need it. His drive to go the extra mile for me made this process so much less stressful than I anticipated and I cannot thank him enough for that! I would highly highly highly recommend him, and the dealership as a whole, to my friends and family in the car market!

  I have purchased two new cars from them in the last five years. Part of my decision to go with them was the service you expect from a luxury brand with a local dealership. The initial sales process is excellent, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. On the sales end you are promised loaner cars with service and a valet pick up service. In my experience the loaner cars are never available and the valet service does not exist. Last time I was promised a ride home (I live 10 minutes away), it took 45 minutes to arrange and I had to go to the desk multiple times to ask when my ride would be available. When I purchased the car I was told to drop in anytime for a free car wash, when I try to do this it was not available, presumably due to Covid. All in all, my experience is more on par with Toyota than audi or similar, fine but far from the high end promised. The coffee is way better at least, people are friendly. As a follow up, I did send an email out to Mr. Clark with my contact information as suggested, it has been 2 weeks without a response. That response seems more about managing public perceptions than customers.
