      I did some business with Erica Reilly today and her customer service, level of knowledge and interest working with customers is very poor. She refused to offer help or listen to what I was explaining to her. This is my first time ever had to write a negative review on a Navy Federal employee. She needs retraining to learn how to deal with customers. I’ve been with Navy Fed for 20 years and her attitude is extremely poor for someone in customer service.
