      The St. Johnsbury Branch of VSECU has always provided great customer service, offering helpful information and are responsive to any questions or concerns. The staff is very professional, they have a great attitude, are friendly and are very knowledgeable about banking. It is always a pleasure to meet to visit this office.

      Went in to set up a joint savings account. I’ve heard great things about VSECU and I was excited to have finally decided to make the leap. I was greeted immediately and helped with opening an account the following day. My CSR was knowledgeable and her coworkers were there to answer any questions she might have had. The establishment was very clean and orderly and I appreciated each employee dressing and looking professional. We had to bring our children with us to this appointment, so it was difficult with the paper signing portion of the visit. The staff were so consideration of us, they allowed for us to do whatever we needed to do to be parents as well as be adults at this moment in time. My partner and I left that day excited to have started a new chapter with VSECU and will continue to grow our relationship with then for our future. Thank you to the ST. Johnsbury, VT branch for working with me and my family to the best of your abilities and for helping us with all of our questions regarding your services.
