      We went to the teller inside. She sent us to the lobby to wait to see a rep. We have now been waiting an hour. Two people who came in after us have already been called back. This is unacceptable.

      Since VyStar is having technical difficulty with their online service i decided to visit this particular branch for service. Expecting a long wait I was immediately greeted by asst branch Mgr Sabrina Rainey, the service she provided was amazing. Because of her can do attitude I will remain a local VyStar customer.
