  I have been a customer for over 8 years ive had multiple accounts including a bussiness account that has had hundreds of thousands of dollars deposited into them and the teller, was unwilling to assist with a funds verification so that a check would clear same day into a account that has more then checks value in direct deposits because i dont deposit checks of that value into thst specific account often , the founds are coming from another account that 100 percent has funds in it. I stayed for the online banking nightmare they had and the lazy teller brittany would not have a supervisor override this which has been done before, i have not once had a check bounce on my account . I will now be removing all my money from vystar , they say its your money but only when its convienient for them i will be telling everyone i know about how vystar treats their customers never will I use this branch . My entire family is going to be going else where since they do not seem to care about there customers of nearly a decade.

  I don't like the way they do business, and use my money. Wells Fargo transferred a payment digitally to Vystar a week ago and it went through in seconds. I called 6 days later, and Vystar told me they never got the payment. They got caught when a Claims process was started with Wells Fargo. Vystar then said they would send the money(digitally) back to Wells Fargo, but it would take 3-5 days!! This was admitted after being on a conference call with Wells Fargo and Vystar for 2 hours and 23 minutes! Why would anybody do business with these people after reading this??
