  I have been with this bank for four years now and they have done nothing but good things for me. Each time you walk in you’ll be treated with a warm welcoming and a fresh smell of popcorn. Sad to see that I have to switch banks due to moving but I will always remember this place as a perfect first bank. :)

  Friendly place but one teller is very slow, after 45 minutes she still trying to fill out a transaction form and the manager is no help. This is the second time with this lady.

  I've been banking with Washington Federal since 2006 when they were First Mutual Bank. I recommend them to my clients that I set up, review, and train one-on-one in QuickBooks and Quicken in Rainier Beach and South Seattle. Why? Because unlike US Bank, they allow free downloads into both of those software packages.
