      Brandi Davis should wear a cape!! She is a rock star. She took a very stressful construction loan situation and put us at ease. (The stress came from another lender we had previously been working with.) Brandi spent extra time explaining things we didn't understand and even went as far as offering to work on a Saturday to help us get our loan wrapped up. We will definitely be doing more business with Washington Federal!

      Very rude loan officers. Even though corporate employees tell you can get a loan, the local branches treat you like trailer trash and tell you to kick rocks before you even get started. Thanks for pulling my credit for no reason.
