This bank has multiple problems. This review has nothing to do with the employees. I love the employees, but their website has NEVER ran correct. I can never sign in,I always have to call for help. That is a major problem! Why bother having online banking when you can't reach it from here! Last time I called to get the on line access ,I asked why it's so hard to use. I was told that they will have a new one soon that will be easier,really? Every time I try to log on,it always say, we can't process your request at this time,please call. I don't want to waste time calling,that's why I have on line banking! If any other bank came to our small town, this bank would probably have close. Every one would transfer to the other bank! Only reason most of us use them is because they don't want to drive into next town to bank. I wish they cared more for their customers!!!!! Very frustrating to say the least.
