  The WaFed Sequim team has been great to work with in processing the construction loan application. Throughout the entire process they provided excellent customer service, timely information, and clear answers to the multiple questions that arose as the process moved along. Always courteous and responsive, they helped make the process proceed smoothly and efficiently. A great, collaborative team to work with.

  Find any other bank. Mobiles broken, 20 minute holds, 24-48 hours to access accounts, no one can answer any questions.

  Called to speak to a loan officer - was told it would be a week before they could schedule me - just for a phone call. Waited a week - they tried to call me but the call came through with no caller ID and reported to be an international number - so, I didn't know it was them and didn't pick up. I received the voicemail about 30 minutes later and called back - was told I would have to reschedule and that it would be more than a week. Sorry, but that is just pitiful customer service all the way around. I will find another bank to deal with.
