  I really enjoy the personal touch, of this bank. You are treated like a person, not a number. I was introduced by my father, and I so happy I took his advise, better returns than some traditional banks. Thank you

  Drive through take forever there were 2 cars in front of me and it took 20 minutes for me to get to the window. If you need to talk to someone about overdraft charges it needs to be directly to bank you opened account with. Customer service can’t help. My online account locks me out all the time and I write my passwords down so it’s not that. When I zelle people money it takes forever for the transfer 3 days to be exact. My zelle has to be approved by customer service all the time again and again cuz of their security. What else? I’m closing my account ASAP.
