      I always receive such great, friendly service at TOPCU. My husband and I have been members for 51 years and we have been so happy there. It reminds us of a small town bank where everyone knows you and gives you personal service. Today I went in to get help logging into my on-line account and Darian helped me. He was amazing. He not only cleared up the problem immediately but taught me several things I didn't know about accessing my account both on my computer and on my iPhone. He was professional and friendly and I feel like I could call on him anytime with questions. Thanks for hiring great people like him! Peg Jorgensen

      As much as I would LOVE to keep Tucsons best kept secret all to my self, that would be doing injustice for these wonderful employees. Ken and Jamie both went above and beyond with helping secure and finalize our loan. I could not have asked for a better experience with a credit union. I have dealt with many loan officers and financial institutes spanning across the state of Arizona, this was by far the best experience I've had. These two surpassed top tier customer service and professionalism making sure any of my questions were answered and all of my needs were met. I'm not sure how I was blessed to have such a wonderful experience, but I couldn't imagine this level of service is only instilled in these two and not every member of the TOPCU team. If my review didn't make it clear enough, I would HIGHLY recommend doing business here! Thank you Ken and Jamie! Please keep a slot free for me every now and again, as I'm sure this will not be the last time you'll be seeing me! :) Best, Shannon

      Whatever you do, DO NOT USE TUCSON OLD PUEBLO. What a terrible credit union. Terrible customer service. No one answers the phone and when you finally get someone they never follow through. I have tried 9 times to get the savings account closed and the money that is mine mailed to me. The refuse to give back the money that is mine!! Absolutely the worst. This credit union should be shut down for fraudulent practices. DO NOT USE TUCSON OLD PUEBLO!!!
