      Try to pay off my loan through app and won't let me. They will not let you pay on your loan through app if you are late which makes you later because if you work 9 to 5 the same hours as them good luck getting there. Never seen anyone not want my money even though they are getting the payment with late fee. It's a new world and people struggle but a company shouldn't keep you from making a payment even if its late. Never again.
