  We have loved Washington Federal. We have had our mortgage for 15 years and until this year, they have been great. We have had to deal with them 3 times this year and all 3 times the branch manager has been so upsetting. She takes forever to return calls resulting in problems. Today she gave us information that was incorrect costing us a thousand dollars. I don't know if she doesn't know how to read her systems or what is going on. We feel that she does not care about us as clients. If she would have returned our calls the first day or second day we tried last month it would have avoided so much pain and saved us alot of time and money but instead it took us a week to get in touch with her with no returned calls just persistent attempts from us. I wish we could give a better rating. If we were currently recieving the service we have for the first 14 years it would be a 5, but this is horrible.
