      This title company may be competent in handling basic real estate transactions, however if you need true customer service from the attorney, Jeffrey Walker, don’t hold your breath. He is either incapable or unwilling of handling more complex transactions involving properties involved with estate planning. He did not assist us or our inquiries nor did he have the professional courtesy to return a phone call to our attorney. Additionally, his staff did not follow up with us either. Our transaction was completed, but not without much stress and effort on our part. We should have used Smith & Crockett.
