  Wow! Buying a home is the scariest thing any couple can do. Theresa Baca Williams made this process so easy. She was in constant contact with us, explained all of the details clearly and in simple terms (no jargon), and helped us get through the entire process without a hitch. I cannot give Theresa or W&V a higher recommendation! I will be telling all of our friends to contact Theresa for new homes and refinancing! A+++

  Run from this company. First they sold my phone number to loan sharks. So for the last 2 1/2 years I have been getting text messages at all hours of the night. Thousands of them. When I called their office to see if there was anything I could do the receptionist laughed and said good luck with that. Now their computers have been hacked. Anyone else is a better choice. This is a minus 5 star company.

  First of all I would like to first start off by saying that I gave James Roush and Theron Wall every opportunity to do the right thing. My bad experience first started with Theron Wall. My wife and I were referred to him by a realtor who I won’t name at this time. When we contacted him about purchasing a new home in Prescott he sent us the application online. We spent 3-4 hours sending our information to him one night. That same night I sent Theron an email explaining I just raised my credit score quite a bit and could he please wait till I talked to him before he pulled my credit.He responded by saying that that’s not a problem but that it won’t affect my scores. The type of credit pull his company does does not affect my scores.The following day we made an appt. by phone which we confirmed with his secretary. Now besides the fact that he missed our confirmed meeting time isn’t important. But what is, is what happened next. When we finally were able to speak to Theron he decided to run our credit while on the phone with us. He explained because of our unique situation that he was not able to help us at this time. We were fine with that decision. When we finally said our goodbyes on the phone I immediately started getting alerts from all three credit bureaus on my phone. To my disgust, because of his hard inquiry, one of my scores dropped 42 points and each of the other two dropped 15 points each. I literally couldn’t believe what I was seeing. But there it was right in front of me. When I called Theron back he proceeded to tell me that that has never happened in 20 years of doing business. I assured him that it did because I was looking at my three credit reports that had all dropped because of his hard inquiry and that it said they wouldn’t be removed until June 2023.The next thing I did was notify his boss, James Roush. He explained a few things about credit and then told me that he was looking at my credit rating and that it was in the excellent range. I told him that it was before his employee did a hard inquiry on it but now it was terrible. He asked me to send him the email from Theron to which I did. Mr. Roush said he would investigate the matter and get back to me and never did or respond to my email. The one thing Mr. Roush said to do was to dispute the inquiries on my credit reports. You know, the one they ordered!
