      This institution has no empathy for account holders , one recent example is I have a SBA loan with Wallis Bank Due to Covid-19 impact SBA stepped in to support SBA loan payments for the loans which were SBA guaranteed. SBA started to make payments on payee behalf for six months , what Wallis did it started to also collect from payee as well so Wallis recived one payment from SBA and one from payee as well. While in other banks they communicated clearly that payments will be made for next six months by SBA on your loan to survive in business, Wallis went after small business owners to still collect the payment and got payment from SBA as well. They are doing wrong to their customers, working with bank yieided no resolution. I am struggling to survive in the business
