      Steve was very responsive and direct. He got us the pre-approval at night over the weekend while traveling so we could lock in our offer. Couple snags due to our processor being on vacation and the website isn't clear about which documents are submitted, but I can't say enough about how responsive and easy the process was overall. I had no doubts they would come through in the end.

      I could not be more frustrated working with Washington trust. Their online app has issues that they are aware of. They do not provide accurate timely tax documents. Their employees do not give correct information when questions are asked.
