      I have been with Washington Trust Bank for just over 20 years I tired multiple other big banks when I was younger and had bad experience with just about all of them. Now 20 years later I have all my accounts with WA Trust and have zero issues. Thanks for being such a awesome place to do business with. Oh and zero bank fees :)

      I still can not believe that staff doesn't know Switzerland currency CHF. And refused to exchange It.

      I love coming here. I normally hate banks, but these ladies that I see every time I am there have changed that. The fact they see so many people a day and remember who I am is amazing. It makes you feel special!! They have also gone out of there way to help get my name changed when I got married. I can't say enough good things about this branch and the ladies that work there. Thank you!!!
