I cannot thank jesse and everyone including lori my realtor for making this as easy as possible. Im very pleased with how fast the process went from start to finish. It only took them 1 month to close ! Jesse explained the process in detail. He explained all our options for a home loans. He picked one that best suited our needs and got us the house of our dreams. I would highly recommend waterstone mortgage. If i ever decide to purchase again i will not hesitate to call them!

I worked with Frank Bedenik. I uploaded all the documents for my loan and after it was uploaded, I was completely ghosted. He even pulled my credits and did not tell me until after I asked about it (I found out he already did it WITHOUT my permission!!!) . He completely stopped replying to me. I called, texted, and even mailed. Nothing. Will never work with him or Waterstone Mortgage again. Terrible customer service.

I would highly recommend Jesse and his team! I knew where I stood throughout the process of the loan. He was very quick to get back to me when I had questions and had my best interests in mind.
