      Terrible customer service. We needed to do a wire transfer and they didn’t have a banker. A bank with no banker. What next. Told us to go to another branch. Yeah.

      I would give negative stars if I could. Worst customer service. The branch manager and his staff are incompetent. I have (had) six accounts with them and get monthly calls begging to invest with them. Unfortunately this branch makes the PNC look really bad. Such a shame the a few poor examples of "customer service" ruin a reputation for the entire company.
