      I called Long Beach branch to get information on opening a business account. The person on the phone had no clue on that topic so I requested a supervisor, waited 15 minutes, never got to speak to a supervisor and got transferred to a "correct department" where I ended up talking to voice mail. Zero credibility and simple unprofessional - Wauna credit union. Well, you loss, I went to another bank.

We want to make sure you're getting the correct information up front. Our business team is very hands on with our business members and often out of the office visiting them, but return voice mails very quickly.
