      Upper management has no clue how to run a business. I know multiple people that work or have worked for Wayne savings. They can't keep help because of low pay and petty upper management. I've considered switching my bank to Wayne Savings but after hearing horror stories from ex employees I've decided to stay where I'm at. I'm hoping this post will get Management's attention you are the ones costing yourselves business.
